Okay guys, it’s finally here!! The ultimate 2019/2020 health & wellness gift guide for every man/girl in your life! I have something for everyone: the natural beauty queen, your fit friend, the healthy foodie, my fav nutrition reads for the book worm in your life, natural cleaning products (that ACTUALLY work), hacks for the sleep obsessed (aren’t we all?), Secret Wellness Spa’s of San Francisco, and more!!

Yes, I’m getting this out a bit later than I would have liked, BUT most of these products will still ship before xmas AND you can use gift cards you receive on xmas to shop for yourself or use this guide for birthdays, self-care days, special occasions, etc. Plus, 100% of you voted YES to me posting this tonight (even though it’s the evening before Christmas Eve) instead of waiting until Jan. 1st 2020 - so here we are!!

As you all know, I don’t post about products unless I’ve already used them/own them myself so I’m extra excited for you all to browse my fav products…none of these are sponsored! There are only a couple items (like the Theragun and Elago Charging Hub) that I don’t own myself.

Let’s get started!!

FOR THE NATURAL BEAUTY QUEEN:

What you put on your body is just as important as the foods you eat. The cosmetics we use on a daily basis are loaded with a whole slew of chemicals that you definitely wouldn’t want to ingest. So why would you want to put them on your skin, your body’s largest organ? Here are a couple of my all time fav products I cannot live without.

1. The Wildling Gua Sha Tool: not only is it a facial sculptor, but it also moves lymph (our detoxes pathway), contours the face, and encourages myofacial release. PLUS it’s a great self-care ritual. This special Bian tool honestly surpasses all the other gua sha tools I’ve purchased - I actually get that de-puffing & lifting result with this tool while the 3 other brands I tired did nada for my skin…imo it’s definitely worth the extra $20 bucks. ($65.00)

2. Vertly CBD-Infused Balm: Hemp-derived Cannabidiol (CBD) is all the rage for its anti-inflammatory and calming properties that keep the body in balance. This balm heals and protects lips and skin through CBD and other nourishing butters and oils.

3. Keeko Morning Mint Oil Pulling Sachets: Heard of oil pulling? This Ayurvedic practice of swishing coconut oil around in the mouth reduces plaque, naturally whitens teeth, and even result in bodily detoxing benefits. I like how Keeko's version combines the standard organic cold-pressed coconut oil with mint, lemon, and chamomile for added benefits and a fresher taste.

4. DRY BRUSH:Sweeps away dead skin to reveal glowing and smooth skin, helps detoxify body by increasing blood circulation and promoting lymph flow/drainage. ($20).

5. 15-Piece Hair Clip Set: When things heat up in the kitchen, these cute clips help keep out of the way (and the meal). Also great when applying face masks. ($9.99)

6. Uma Pure Calm and Pure Energy Duo: Wherever she is on the energy spectrum, these essential oil blends tackle her needs with plant-based, Ayurvedic ingredients designed to soothe and boost. Goes great with the Wildling gua sha tool noted above! ($140).

7. Talon Polish: Non-toxic, vegan and cruelty-free polish that actually lasts? I know, crazy right? Whether you do your own nails or head to the salon, bring it with you! Makes the perfect stocking stuffer too. ($14.00)

8. Joovv red light therapy: does this little box of red light work? Short answer? Yes…peer-reviewed clinical trials have shown overwhelmingly positive results for skin health, collagen production, physical performance & muscle recovery, sleep, joint pain, inflammation, and a lot more. (price depends on size).

9. Lonove Facial Steamer: talk about the BEST $30.00 ever spent on amazon!! It’s everything you need in one stop: hydration, skin priming, skin tightener, and makes your beauty products more effective. It’s basically an at home facial. I love adding essential oils like lavender or eucalyptus for that extra touch. ($30).

10. Vitners Daughter Oil: A luxe face oil made from 22 nutrient-rich botanicals and essential oils ($185).

FOR THE WELLNESS DUDE IN YOUR LIFE:

1. P.F. Candle Co. Trio: If he says he can’t stand candles, he’s probably smelled only sweet, cloying scents. This trio (made with essential oils of course), includes Amber + Moss, Golden Coast, and Teakwood + Tobacco, is rich and earthy. Pahlease tell him to toss out the febreeze/chemical candles. ($33).

2.Theragun: the massage gun works by “increasing blood flow, decreasing lactic acid and interrupting the pain cycle in the brain.” (up to $600).

3. Elago Charging Hub: If he loves tech but hates having a knotted pile of cords, this sleek little charger will eliminate the knot, save space on his countertops, and ensure he never gets the dreaded “low battery” warning. ($25)

4. Nayoya Wellness Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set: With the never-ending work grind grind, everyone could use a little at-home (or at-work) acupressure to ease their lumbar pain. You can also stand on the mat - I bought this for my dad last year (after he kept using mine) and it helped relieve his planter fasciitis pain! ($40).

5. SpaRoom AromaTime Alarm Clock Diffuser: The right essential oil blend can do just about everything. Why not start off someone’s morning with a wake-up call that includes the fragrant release of grapefruit or lavender? This will actually help you crush the “no phone beside bed” rule. ($46).

6. Oura Ring: My secret weapon to self-improvement: the Oura Ring. This is a sleep and activity tracker that measures the quality of your rest and recovery. If you care about proper rest, this is literally a dream (no pun intended)! The ring is an advanced, body-monitoring tool that basically functions like a multipurpose fitness tracker. It provides a detailed analysis about your sleep cycles, which you can then use to create a sleep routine that works specifically for your body. Legit every biohacker I know has one…including celebs like Prince Harry! ($299)

7. Philips Wake-Up Light Alarm Clock: with Colored Sunrise Simulation and Sunset Fading Night Light, White

8. In-house infared sauna: If you really want to splurge on your man, this will be his year of health…and yours if you live together! ($999).
