THE ULTIMATE COVID WELLNESS GUIDE: 


I’ve compiled every free and discounted online workout imaginable (and will continue updating this list). This not only includes every type of workout (boxing, cardio, HIIT, pilates, yoga, barre, dancing, etc.), but also live meditation classes, breath work, reiki, and even free educational courses, discounted business resources for freelancers (like comcast, AT&T, Adobe), online games you can do virtually with friends, virtual museums, etc.

Moving my body has always been my form of therapy: makes me feel more at peace, happy, energetic, focused and deeply grounded within. There is an online workout for every type of mood you're feeling -  everything from HIIT (to get the ants out of your pants, Pilates (for those that want to sweat without the impact), Kickboxing (perfect for if your SO is annoying you, but you can’t get a way lol), Yoga (need grounding), etc.

Freelance/Business Resources:


  • Comcast: We shouldn’t have to worry about keeping the lights or internet on when we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Comcast has announced that it will be “offering free unlimited data, opening national Xfinity WiFi for free, waiving late fees, and helping low-income families in need.”

  • AT&T :has announced its “Keeping Americans Connected Pledge.” For the next 60 days, the company will not terminate wireless, home phone, or broadband services. It will waive any late fees and keep its WiFi hotspots open. 

  • Adobe: If you’re a freelancer or creative who uses Adobe services, and if your work has been affected by the coronavirus, Adobe is providing you with assistance by offering two months free once you cancel your plan. Head to Adobe to find out more.

  • Sweetgreen: From now on, delivery is free for people who are in need of fresh salads. But that’s not all. 4. Chill tracks: This unique time has inspired me to listen to calming music and exercise deep breathing in the mornings. (Here is one of my fave calming tracks thus far).
