VAGUS NERVE STIMULATION

Vagus Nerve stimulation is ESSENTIAL to proper digestion, preventing inflammation, initiating the body’s parasympathetic system, and supplying parasympathetic fibers to all the major organs of the head, neck, chest, and abdomen.

It even directly affects: speech, swallowing, heartbeat, blood pressure, hearing, taste, circulation, gut health, bladder movement, orgasms, and fertility.

There are actually 32 SCIENCE BACKED ways to stimulate the Vagus nerve (click here for the full list), but here are a couple of my favorite manual, at home practices you can easily incorporate into your daily routine:

1️⃣GARGLE WITH WATER

Gargle with water very aggressively until

your eyes tear. The same pathway to the

brain that makes you tear up is the also the

pathway that activates the vagus nerve.

Ultimately, tearing up is a sign that you are

improving motility. Repeat this 4-6 times/day.

2️⃣TONGUE BLADES

Purchase a tongue blade and push on the very

back of the tongue. This should make you gag

slightly and you will begin to tear up.

3️⃣SING LOUDLY

Singing loudly activates the uvula, which fires up the vagus nerve.

4️⃣PROBIOTICS & A PROBIOTIC RICH DIET

5️⃣BREATHWORK/YOGA
